Addition of a Kennel Name

Breeder licence
To upload a copy of your beeder licence, you can do so via our online form.
Breed Record Supplement (BRS)

Our existing turnaround times for producing the Breed Record Supplement are as follows:

  • Q1 (Spring) Breed Record Supplement - January – March registrations will appear in the Q1 Breed Record Supplement which will be printed and delivered during July

  • Q2 (Summer) Breed Record Supplement - April – June registrations will appear in Q2 Breed Record Supplement which will be printed and delivered during October

  • Q3 (Autumn) Breed Record Supplement - July – September registrations will appear in Q3 Breed Record Supplement which will be printed and delivered during January

  • Q4 (Winter) Breed Record Supplement - October – December registrations will appear in Q4 Breed Record Supplement which will be printed and delivered during April

Endorsements

Removing, updating or creating an advert

Costs for adverts

The cost of an advert on find a puppy is £20 without text and £25 with text.

How do I add an advert?

You need to make sure your litter has been registered before you attempt to add an advert. 

Health test results
If you require your health results to be recorded, please email a clear copy of your dog’s test certificate to our health team.
I am keeping a puppy and would like an ownership certificate?
If you are the breeder and are keeping a puppy for yourself, then please complete our online form to notify us so you can recieve an ownership certificate.
I am part of the Assured Breeder Scheme and need some help?
If you need any assistance from the Assured Breeders team, please contact our Assured Breeders team via email or on 0129 631 8540, select option 1 and enter extension number 3002.
I have not received my dogs hip/elbow scores?

The British Veterinary Association (BVA) receive the x-rays films directly from your vet and their scrutineers perform the scoring. At the end of this process The Kennel Club receives a copy of the results to record on your dog’s registration records. For any updates we would recommend you contact your veterinary practice. They can contact the BVA with their submission details for more information.

I want to/have bred from a bitch over 8 what should I do?

Permission must be granted prior to the mating taking place to register a litter with us where a bitch is over 8. Complete our online application form

My dogs BVA eye test result has not been added to the Health Test Results Finder?

The British Veterinary Association are responsible for adding the results of eye examinations directly onto our database. Please contact them directly.

Neutered dog

If your dog or bitch gets neutered, you can apply by completing our neutered dog application form.
