Having recognised the Pyrenean Sheepdog (Smooth Faced) in April of this year, The Kennel Club will be publishing an interim breed standard for the breed in the September 2021 edition of The Kennel Club Journal, it has been announced. The new standard will be effective from 1 September 2021 and therefore the breed can be shown in Imported Breed Register classes at Kennel Club licensed breed shows from that date.
