This Good Citizen Dog identification tag is your chance to show off your dog’s achievement of passing their Good Citizen Dog scheme test. The tags are supplied with a split ring for fixing and are available for three levels – Bronze, Silver and Gold.

- Please note if you order above the maximum amount, this will delay your order
- For Good Citizen Dog Scheme listed status clubs who require larger quantities for classes, please place a stationery order through your online club account
