I/we agree to be bound by and submit to The Kennel Club Rules and Regulations in their present form or as they may be amended from time to time in relation to all canine matters with which The Kennel Club is concerned.

I/we accept the provision of The Kennel Club General Code of Ethics and in particular, agree without reservation that any Veterinary Surgeon performing a caesarean section and/or an operation on any of my/our dogs in such a way that the operation alters the natural conformation of the dog or any part thereof may report such an operation to The Kennel Club.

The Unique Ownership Code and Registration Number is located on your registration certificate.

Please check carefully on your documents to make sure you are entering the details correctly. Please note codes do not contain the letter O, use the number zero. If you are experiencing problems when entering the unique ownership code and registration number, then please complete and submit the hard copy form you have been provided with your dog registration via post instead.

The current registered owner of this dog resides in either Jersey, Guernsey or Republic Of Ireland. 

In order for us to approve your application, the dog must first be registered in your name with The Kennel Club with which the dog is currently registered (The Kennel Club of Jersey, Guernsey Kennel Club or The Irish Kennel Club). 

If this has already been completed, please upload a copy of the registration certificate from the relevant Kennel Club, confirming the registered owner/s. Otherwise, please proceed and we will contact you when we process your application.
