Disclaimer: The Kennel Club is an information resource and publishes the results of DNA single gene health tests from the respective testing laboratory.
A DNA single gene health test is an absolute test. The accuracy of a test result is reliant upon and is the responsibility of both the owner of the dog submitting the correct sample and the testing laboratory complying with its standard operating procedures.
All dog owners confirm and release The Kennel Club from any and all liability resulting from the publication of a test result relating to a particular dog. The Kennel Club publishes results on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind.
The Kennel Club excludes liability to the extent it is legally entitled to do so (including indirect, consequential or incidental damages) in respect of any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon information provided by the DNA single gene health test results published.
All test results may be used for research purposes. In using the information from the DNA single gene health test result, users accept all the conditions set out above.
Note: Upon request and at its discretion, The Kennel Club may require a test to be retaken to confirm a clear result.
