Kennel Club Leads Fight Against Buckinghamshire Dog Bans
The UK’s largest organisation dedicated to dog welfare, the Kennel Club, is urging dog owners in South Bucks and the Slough area to have their say on overly restrictive dog control orders being proposed by the City of London Corporation, which could drive out dog walkers from Burnham Beeches, and see them forced to walk their dogs elsewhere.

Dog walkers who regularly use Burnham Beeches in Buckinghamshire may desert the site if the City of London Corporation, which manages the land, enforces dog control orders which will see off lead access for dogs banned on 59 per cent of the site.
Kennel Club Terminates Agreement With City Of London Corporation Over Buckinghamshire Dog Bans
The Kennel Club has terminated an agreement on responsible dog walking it signed with the City of London Corporation in 2011, following the Corporation’s recent decision to introduce dog control orders (DCOs) at Burnham Beeches in Buckinghamshire that include provisions which the Kennel Club believes are unjustified.
