A12 Disciplinary – Mrs Grace Harkness And Miss Fiona Harkness
At its meeting on 13th November 2013, the Disciplinary Sub-Committee (Scottish Kennel Club) considered the conviction of Mrs Grace Harkness and Miss Fiona Harkness of Carluke, Lanarkshire, from the Lanark Sheriff Court for offences contrary to the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006.
A11 disciplinary case – Mr GC Duffield
At its meeting on 30 November 2017, the Kennel Club Disciplinary Committee considered a complaint brought by the Kennel Club under Rule A11 a (1) (b) against Mr GC Duffield.

At its meeting on 30 November 2017, the Kennel Club Disciplinary Committee considered the conviction of Miss H Perry of Torquay, from the South and West Devon Magistrates Court for offences contrary to the Animal Welfare Act 2006.

At its meeting on 30 November 2017, the Kennel Club Disciplinary Committee considered the conviction of Mrs M Greaves of Sutton in Ashfield, from the Mansfield Magistrates Court for offences contrary to the Animal Welfare Act 2006.

At its meeting on 30 November 2017, the Kennel Club Disciplinary Committee considered the conviction of Ms J Taylor of Wakefield, from the Leeds District Magistrates Court for offences contrary to the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
A12 disciplinary case – Mr R Jones
At its meeting on 30 November 2017, the Kennel Club Disciplinary Committee considered the conviction of Mr R Jones of Capel Y Groes, from the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Magistrates Court and upon appeal in the Swansea Crown Court for offences contrary to the Animal Welfare Act 2006.

A12 disciplinary case – Mr G Newton
At its meeting on 28th February 2018, the Kennel Club Disciplinary Committee considered the conviction of Mr G Newton, from Leamington Spa Magistrates Court for common assault on 1st November 2017 arising from an incident at the English Toy Terrier Club Show on 1st April 2017.
A12 disciplinary case – Mrs A Smith
At its meeting on 28th February 2018, the Kennel Club Disciplinary Committee considered the convictions of Mrs A Smith, from Harrogate Magistrates Court for offences contrary to the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the Breeding of Dogs Act 1973.
A11 disciplinary case – Ms K McLoughlin
At its meeting on 28th February 2018, the Kennel Club Disciplinary Committee considered a complaint brought by the Kennel Club under Rule A11 a (1) (b) against Ms K McLoughlin; namely that she behaved discreditably and prejudicially to the interests of the canine world with threatening and verbal abuse towards another exhibitor at the Northumberland and Durham Collie Club Open Show on 21st October 2017.
