Good Citizen Dog Scheme


Providing handlers with the basic knowledge of understand and training their canine companion.

Agility Training

The sport which tests a dog’s fitness and the handler's ability to train and direct the dog over and through certain obstacles. Fast and fun.

Competitive Obedience Training

A competitive sport which tests a dog’s ability to respond to commands in set exercises.

Flyball Training

A spectator sport involving a team knockout competition. Fast and energetic.

Grooming Training

Learn how to present your dog to its best advantage.

Heelwork to Music Training

A competitive sport in which participants devise routines of up to four minutes, set to music, and perform the routines with their dog. Commonly known as doggy dancing.

Pet Obedience Training (Other)

A trained dog is a happy dog and a happy dog is a healthy dog. Dog training is essential for all dogs and their owners and helps everybody learn about the importance of responsible dog ownership.

Ringcraft Training

The science and art of showing your dog at breed shows.

Working Trial Training

A challenging but rewarding sport based on the civilian equivalent of police dog work. It develops and tests many canine skills – obedience and control, intelligence and independence, searching and tracking, agility and fitness.
