Kennel Club's Canine Sports Science Seminar Takes Place at Stoneleigh

The Kennel Club’s annual Canine Sports Science Seminar will take place at the Kennel Club Building at Stoneleigh Park on Sunday 27th November.

Led by professionals from the world of canine health, treatment, nutrition and training, the seminar aims to help handlers, instructors and trainers get the best performance from their dogs, with an emphasis on avoiding injuries and taking a holistic approach to the care of canine athletes. The day is geared towards all working dog activities including agility, working trials, heelwork to music, field trials, obedience and flyball.

The seminar is open to everyone; vets, trainers, breeders, animal health students and dog owners are all welcome to attend to learn more about the health of dogs taking part in Kennel Club activity disciplines.

Registration begins at 8.15am and is expected to finish at 5.30pm. Tickets, which include lunch and refreshments during the day, cost £90, with discounts on offer for Kennel Club and KCAI members (£72), and also students studying a relevant subject (£60).

All bookings must be made before 28th October.
