The Kennel Club is the largest organisation in the UK devoted to promoting dog health, welfare and training.  We run the world’s largest dog event, Crufts as well as the UK’s largest registration database for pedigree and crossbreed dogs.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing and CRM Manager to join the Marketing and Communications department based in our London headquarters. The function has a wide-ranging remit and develops and supports campaigns to drive awareness, understanding and income for our core products, services and brands including Kennel Club insurance, Petlog microchipping, dog training and large events such as Crufts and Discover Dogs.

Reporting to the CMO, the Marketing and CRM Manager will develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across all channels.  You will also be responsible for the guardianship and development of the Kennel Club brand and its portfolio.

You will have significant experience of leading and implementing CRM campaigns through dotmailer as well as developing integrated brand campaigns through mass market media channels such as tv, radio and print.  You will be creative, analytical and have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.  You will need to be proactive and a self-starter and have a willingness to put forward new and innovative ideas in order to develop and grow the brand.
