The Kennel Club has embarked on a major re-development of its systems and databases and we are looking for an experienced and solution minded, forward thinking CRM Support Administrator to join our team to help us successfully support the go live period and build upon our new systems for continuous improvement. 

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join us at this exciting time on a fixed term contract of 9 months.

In this role you will:

  • Triage support cases & manage throughout the resolution cycle.
  • Elicit requirements from business users & provide solutions through CRM customisation.
  • Assess & prioritise requests for improvement under change control management.
  • Continually improve the operational processes & customer journeys through data analysis and identification of trends/opportunities.
  • Work with our technology partner on business requirements requiring development.
  • Undertake user acceptance testing and regression testing with the business users/3rd parties & their integrations.
  • Demonstrate changes to key stakeholders as part of release management and produce guidance material to support transition into BAU.
  • Produce management information reports & ad hoc data analysis.

You will have 2+ years of work experience supporting users and optimising Dynamics 365 CRM, along with strong data analysis ability and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be capable of working on your own initiative, but with a team player attitude and approach. Organisational skills and effective time keeping are a must, as well as bringing results orientated with a “can do” and positive attitude. You will need to be reliable and flexible to cope with the varied demands of the business and have worked in a customer focused organisation, with all the personal attributes to deliver exceptional service and support to the internal customer.

An excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is essential, along with the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to colleagues with varying degrees of platform knowledge.

Although based in Aylesbury, you will be expected to attend the London office when required and other external sites if necessary.
