  • More doggy friendly places to eat
  • Tackle illegal puppy trading

Which three dead or alive celebrity dog owners (political or otherwise) would you invite to your fantasy doggy dinner party?

Mary Queen of Scots whose loyal Maltese terrier came out from under her skirts after she was beheaded and Andy Murray who has a terrier demonstrating tenacity. Bruce Springsteen has a Labrador and he makes great music.

Why should you be crowned Holyrood Dog of the Year 2017?

I may never win at Crufts or excel in obedience class but in terms of how to live a happy life, I am a role model that everyone including politicians should aspire to. I understand the importance of tenacity, loyalty, activity, companionship, forgiveness, joy and love.
