Crufts Stewards Needed for Working and Pastoral Day

18 October 2016    16:05

The Kennel Club is calling for experienced ring stewards who wish to officiate at Crufts, the most famous dog show in the world, to get in touch to express an interest.

Stewards are especially required for Working and Pastoral day, Sunday 12 March 2017; however, the Kennel Club is also calling for expressions of interest for future years. Candidates must be experienced at stewarding at championship show level and be used to working in a busy indoor environment.

Gerald King, Chairman of Crufts, said: “The role of the ring steward at dog shows is an absolutely vital one to ensure the smooth running of any event. Nowhere is this more imperative than at Crufts, where the tradition of outstanding stewarding is a long-held one. We look forward to hearing from experienced stewards who wish to join our hard-working team.”

In order to express an interest in stewarding at Crufts, please email Andrea Peters at by 18th November.
