Sixteen More Olympia Qualifying Heats For 2016 Announced

One of the most important events for agility in the UK, the Kennel Club Olympia Stakes will have sixteen additional qualifying heats in 2016.

The Olympia qualifying heats will be spread around the country, giving more Kennel Club Registered Societies the opportunity to host a Kennel Club qualifier and competitors more opportunities to qualify.

Every year the country's most talented agility dogs and handlers vie with each other in qualifying heats at agility shows across the country to gain a coveted invitation to compete at the Olympia finals, which takes place every December at Olympia's London International Horse Show.

The new Olympia qualifying heats for 2016 are as follows:

Kennel Club Olympia Small Agility Stakes

  • Barnard Castle Dog Training Club
  • Blackdown Agility Society
  • Chipping Norton Dog Training Society
  • Prestbury Park Dog Agility Training Club
  • Tweedbank Dog Training Club
  • Wilmslow Dog Training Club
  • Wye Valley Dog Training Club

Kennel Club Olympia Large Agility Stakes

  • Prestbury Park Dog Agility Training Club
  • Tweedbank Dog Training Club
  • Wyre (Lancs) Agility Club
  • Scunthorpe Obedience and Agility Training Club

Kennel Club Olympia Large Novice Agility Stakes

  • Coltishall Agility Club
  • Gillingham (Dorset) Dog Training Society
  • Norfolk Dog Training Society

Kennel Club Olympia Large ABC Agility Stakes

  • Blackdown Agility Society
  • Working Belgian Shepherd Dog Society
