Prize Draw Terms and Conditions for 'Register as your puppy's owner with the Kennel Club and win!'  email

These terms & conditions apply to all prize promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers.

From time to time the Kennel Club will run competitions, free prize draws and promotions. These may be subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time.

1.    Promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
2.    Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
3.    The Kennel Club reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
4.    Only applications applied for online will be eligible for entry into the prize drawer.
5.    By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the terms & conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.
6.    By entering the promotion, the entrant agrees to the terms of the privacy policy. In addition the Kennel Club may pass your personal information to their data processors, but not to third parties unconnected with this promotion.
7.    The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person within 7 days after the closing date of 29 February 2012.
8.    The Winner shall be notified in writing within five (5) business working days of the draw, and winner shall have ten (10) business working days to respond in full to the email or another winner will be drawn.
9.    By entering the promotion, the winner may be asked to consent to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, if so required.
10.    Prize draws are open to all residents of the UK aged 18 years and over, except employees and their immediate families of the Kennel Club and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
11.    The Kennel Club’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.    Only one entry per person per draw.
13.    The Kennel Club will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
14.    Eurotunnel Le Shuttle – A voucher will be sent to the winner at the address provided.  Prize is valid until 30 November 2012 and consists of one complimentary Short Stay Saver Ticket (5 days) return ticket to France, valid for one car and up to 9 passengers, including free travel for one pet. Return must be completed by midnight (local time) on the fifth calendar day. There is no cash or prize alternative. The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be assigned, transferred, transmitted or otherwise disposed of. Winner must be able to drive in order to benefit from the prize. Travel Insurance and Motor Breakdown Cover are not included in the prize. Any costs incurred in addition to the prize listed above are at winner’s own expense. Eurotunnel Le Shuttle standard terms and conditions of carriage apply. Subject to the pet type the winners will need to ensure their pet is fit to travel (as per new rules set up by DEFRA from 1st January 2012) and will be responsible for the cost and organising of the following: microchipping, vaccinations and relevant treatments, as well as pet travel document.  The pet will require a Pet Passport - the winners are advised to check details on the defra website to ensure their pet complies with the Pet Travel Scheme
