The primary objective of the Kennel Club is to improve in every way the welfare, health and general wellbeing of all dogs throughout their lives, by means of various research and educational programmes, and our Charitable Trust. The Kennel Club is an organisation committed to promoting and protecting dogs’ varied roles in society and defending the interests of all dog owners.

The role of Digital and Marketing Manager has become available within the Marketing & Business Development department to cover Maternity Leave. This department is responsible for all aspects of online and offline marketing, advertising, brand management, sponsorship and areas of business development.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience of managing a not for profit marketing team, writing and devising marketing and digital strategies.

The successful candidate will have excellent man management and marketing planning skills as well as being well versed with the full range of digital knowledge including email, social and web. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and marketing strategy skills and over six years of experience working in a structured marketing and digital team. Extensive understanding of marketing and digital activity is a must.
