Interim Call Centre Manager

The primary objective of the Kennel Club is to improve in every way the welfare, health, and general wellbeing of all dogs throughout their lives, through various research and educational programmes, and our charitable trust. The Kennel Club is an organisation committed to promoting and protecting dogs’ varied roles in society and defending the interests of all dog owners.

We are looking for an interim Call Centre Manager for 3 months to undertake a specific project. The project is to implement a new Mitel telephone system within the current call centre at the Aylesbury Office which will include devising and managing the project plan and identifying the different phases of the project. You will also be required to take a hands on approach which will include structuring the new contact centre, devising the training plan ,  writing telephone scripts and communicating to the staff.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience of implementing a new telephone system within a call centre. You will be experienced in managing Call Centres, have proven ability to lead a team and your communication skills will be second to none. You will be results driven and methodical in your approach.
