Register your litters online NOW!

The Online Litter Registration Service has been developed for breeders to provide a more efficient and simple process in the registration of their litters.  Over 95% of active account holders prefer using the online system to the more traditional paper method.

Step by step the system takes you through the registration process that has been developed with all the usual rules associated with the registration of a litter.  The system automatically advises you if the puppy name is already taken or if any registration details are entered incorrectly, this is subject to final validation by the Online Registrations Team.

Please note the Puppy Naming Service is currently unavailable for Online Litter Applications.

When breeders register their litter online, they will still receive the registration certificates in the usual way by post. They will also be requested to complete and retain the Litter Registration Form (Form 1 - pdf) in the usual way (excluding puppy names) and request the signature of the Stud Dog Owner, and retain this document as it will be required by the Kennel Club if a dispute on the registration occurs. The Stud Dog Owner will also receive confirmation that the litter has been registered once the registration has been verified.

Request an Online User Account

• Apply for an account here
• Click on the Register section located on the toolbar – please note this will be a new account and separate from any other account held online with us
• Enter your details on the Registration page – please retain your Username and Password as this will be required to access your account when activated
• If your dogs are in joint ownership then you will need to apply for a Partnership Account when prompted on the application
• Please ensure your email address is entered correctly as a verification email will be generated and sent to this address.

You will need to confirm receipt of this email by clicking the link contained in the verification email.  If the account is a partnership account each verification email will need to be verified.

• Please allow up to 5 working days for activation.  You will then receive a confirmation email when the account is active
• Once activated you can log on to view your homepage and register litters online
