The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme - Semi Final Information
The Kennel Club has announced the competitor running order for the semi finals for the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme Special Pre-Beginner Obedience Stakes, which will take place on Sunday 5th November in Edinburgh and Sunday 12th November in London.
This obedience competition was created in 2005, to encourage prospective exhibitors who have passed their GCDS Bronze Award to take part in obedience competition. The exercises included in the test are a combination of the current GCDS exercises and the Pre-Beginner Obedience test. Building on the basic training skills learnt through the Good Citizen Dog Scheme, these new stakes help to bridge the gap between basic training and entering a competition.

The Good Citizen Dog Scheme Special Pre-Beginner Obedience Stakes Final will be held at Crufts 2007 on Saturday 10th March in the GCDS ring.
