For Accredited Beeders and Kennel Name holders who wish to register for a user account, please click on the link below. Please note, it may take up to five working days to set-up your user account, however, please be assured we will action your request for an account at the earliest opportunity.

To Register for an Online Registration User Account

If you do not own a Kennel Name and are interested in applying for your own unique Breeders Signature details can be found at in the Kennel Name Section.

If you do decide to apply for a Kennel Name, as part of your Kennel Name membership package, you will be able to apply for an Online User account.

Benefits of Using Online

The Online system has been developed with all the usual rules associated with the registration of a litter, but without the small print! If there are any records input which are against Kennel Club regulations, the system will automatically raise the error with the user and provide advice on how to correct it. This will cut down on correspondence and provide users with many options on naming their puppies and getting their registration correct before it arrives with the Kennel Club. However, the puppy naming process will continue to be subject to final validation prior to acceptance of the registration.

When breeders register their litter online, they will still receive the registration certificates in the usual way by post. They will also be requested to complete and retain the Litter Registration Form (Form 1 - pdf) in the usual way (excluding puppy names) and request the signature of the Stud Dog Owner, and retain this document as it will be required by the Kennel Club if a dispute on the registration occurs. The Stud Dog Owner will also receive confirmation that the litter has been registered once the registration has been verified by the Kennel Club Online Team.
