What to do when you get your Kennel Club registered puppy home:

• Transfer the ownership of the dog into your own name (you will find this section on the reverse of the registration certificate), ensuring that all parties have signed the relevant sections. Make sure you activate the Kennel Club Healthcare Plan six weeks free insurance offer at this time. You also can do this by ticking the box in Section E on the form and by calling 0870 609 2152. It is vital that you transfer the ownership as soon as possible so that the correct information is recorded on the Kennel Club database. Additionally in order to show or breed from your dog, it must be registered with the Kennel Club in your name.
• The transfer application form also gives you the opportunity to order additional Kennel Club services on the transfer form including pedigrees, the Breed Records Supplement, Petlog Premium and much more. Pedigrees
