Charitable Trust Case Study - Animal Health Trust
The Kennel Club Charitable Trust has worked with the Animal Health Trust for many years on a number of research and development projects.
The Animal Health Trust is a charity that has been helping dogs, cats and horses for more than half a century both through advancing veterinary science and by returning them to health and happiness when they are sick or injured. Over the years, the Trust has evolved into one of the foremost centres in the world for animal health. The Trust's successes include major breakthroughs in anaesthesia and surgical technique to the development of vaccines against scourges such as canine distemper and equine influenza.
The Kennel Club Charitable Trust has been involved in many projects relating to dogs: Since 1994 the Animal Health Trust's research into canine Epidemiology has been supported by the Trust.
