Since 2006, the Kennel Club has invited students from veterinary schools around the UK to attend Crufts to gain a fuller understanding of the world of pedigree dog breeding and showing. The Kennel Club provides each student with an entry ticket, a show guide and subsidised travel, and conducts welcome sessions on the weekend days of the show.
