DNA screening Bulldogs - HUU
The following Bulldogs have been DNA tested for Hyperuricosuria (HUU). Dogs affected by HUU have two copies of the mutant gene - carrier dogs have one mutant USD gene and one normal copy of this gene. Genetically clear Bulldogs have two normal copies of the HUU gene.
