The UK's Campest Dog Show - Brighton Pride holds Companion Dog Show

Expect lots of posing, cross dressing, and strutting from both dogs and owners alike at this year’s Brighton Pride, as it hosts its fifth annual Companion Dog Show!

The show is due to take place on Sunday 6th July at Hove Rugby Football Ground on Old Shoreham Road, Hove. Companion Dog Shows are licensed by the Kennel Club and provide a great way for the dog loving public to make a real difference to a charity of their choice. Money made at this show will go to Pride in Brighton and Hove, a charity that promotes equality and diversity in the gay community.

There is something for everyone at this years Pride dog show - but those of you with crossbreeds - don’t panic! Companion Dog Shows are not just for pedigree dogs. Pride dog show will also be holding a number of novelty classes which will be judged by Scott Burey. Class entries will be from 11:30am at £2 per class and with entertainment, refreshments, food and trade stalls it is set to be a great day for dogs and humans alike!

Caroline Kisko, Kennel Club spokesperson commented, “We are really pleased that Brighton Pride is yet again holding a Companion Dog Show. These shows are such a great way to make a real contribution and every charity, no matter what the cause, is eligible for this fundraising scheme. We hope the sun shines on Pride Dog Show!”
