Kennel Club & PetPartners customer satisfaction survey
During August and September 2007, the Kennel Club and insurance providers, PetPartners plc will be undertaking a customer satisfaction survey at major Championship dog shows across the UK.
This research initiative is designed to establish the core needs and desires of both breeders and owners of dogs up to 2 years of age, with regard to the Kennel Club registration and insurance services.
Ben Ashcroft, from PetPartners plc, will be present at the following Championship Shows and would very much like to hear the opinions of both breeders and new owners.
Bournemouth 11th – 13th August
Welsh Kennel Club 17th – 19th August
City of Birmingham 31st August – 2nd September
Richmond 7th – 9th September
