DNA Screening - HC Staffordshire Bull Terrier
The following Staffordshire Bull Terriers have been DNA tested for Hereditary Cataract (HC). Dogs affected by HC have two copies of the mutant gene - carrier dogs have one mutant gene and one normal copy of this gene. Genetically clear Staffordshire Bull Terriers have two normal copies of the HC gene.
