Discover Dogs With The Kennel Club – And Royal Canin
Royal Canin supported the Kennel Club’s fun and enlightening experience for dog lovers, Discover Dogs, at Crufts in March. Discover Dogs is designed to be a memorable feature for all the family, with the aim of helping dog lovers and owners, whether new or more experienced, get the most from dog owning as well as caring for their dog in the best way possible.
Discover Dogs is an integral part of Crufts each year, taking place from 8th – 11th March 2007. It is also a stand alone event in its own right as a two day event at London’s Earls Court. As London’s leading canine event, Discover Dogs in London includes dog training demonstrations from the Good Citizen Dog Scheme right up to Heelwork to Music, fun Agility and competitions such as the national competition to find the Scruffts Family Crossbreed of the Year.
Geraldine Jacquier, Royal Canin Retail Marketing Manager, says: “We are delighted to be involved with Discover Dogs in this way. Just as the name suggests, Discover Dogs is all about sharing information and finding out more about every aspect of dogs and dog-owning, and Royal Canin has spent over 40 years doing the very same thing. We have always believed that it is essential to share the knowledge we have, gained through working with breeders, vets and dog owners, and Discover Dogs is another way for us to do that.”
Said Caroline Kisko, Kennel Club Secretary; “Discover Dogs provides the ideal opportunity for all dog enthusiasts to enjoy interactive fun, and a chance to immerse themselves in the entertainment and challenges of the canine world. The dog’s role in society is so important and the Kennel Club is privileged to be able to hold Discover Dogs at Crufts and as a stand alone event in London to demonstrate just how much dogs bring to our lives. We are very excited to be working with Royal Canin at the event.”
