Are you a new owner of a microchipped pet?

For security reasons we do not accept change of ownership requests via email or telephone. If you have the Petlog Registration Certificate in your possession, please complete the Change of Ownership section and return this to us with a cheque for £15 made payable to Petlog. If you do not have this certificate, or written authorisation from the previous owner, please contact us for further guidance.
